Coverse Capital Investments is a privately held multifamily capital investment firm headquartered in Bellevue, Washington. Founded in 2018 by Will Heaton and James Dainard, we partner with carefully vetted and qualified investors to strategically identify, acquire and enhance value-add multifamily properties in the Greater Puget Sound region.
Through our proven renovation and management techniques, we aim to preserve and improve the quality of existing housing while increasing the value of our assets. Will Heaton
Managing Principal
With over 20 years of experience in renovation, financing and construction management for multifamily and residential real estate, Will is responsible for investor relations, underwriting and business development. He has been recognized by the Master Builders Association and Built Green for his work with LimeLite Development and Infinity Property Management as well as establishing Intrust Funding as an industry leader with annual awards from Inc. 5000’s Fastest Growing Private Companies in America and both Puget Sound Business Journal’s list of 100 Fastest Growing Private Companies and Eastside’s 50 Fastest Growing Private Companies in Washington State. Will continues to offer his value-added approach through publicized articles and educational lectures for local real estate investors.

Managing Principal
As a seasoned real estate investor, James leads the development and execution of corporate strategies, marketing, and property acquisitions at Heaton Dainard Real Estate. His decades of experience investing in multi-family and single-family units in the Puget Sound region has guided Heaton Dainard to more than $1.5 billion in sales volume. James continues to be recognized as an industry leader by Inc. 5000’s Fastest Growing Companies in America (since 2015) and both Puget Sound Business Journal’s Top 100 Fastest Growing Private Companies and Eastside’s 50 Fastest Growing Private Companies (since 2013). In 2017, he was honored with Washington’s Top 40 under 40 for his business acumen and contributions to the local community. James is a graduate of the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business with a focus in finance and marketing.
